The house consists of two rooms, one of which is a bedroom. The living room is spacious and has a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining area. There is a neat open kitchen which is equipped with all amenities. The bedroom has a bed with mattress, chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe.
There is also a good bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and toilet in the apartment.
There are two other apartments in the building. The washing machine and dryer can be found on the ground floor and are shared with these two other apartments.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
