The prices below are valid for 2024. The rate is determined by the period you book at the start. With extensions you can be offered the next (cheaper) rate. However, this does not apply retroactively.

1-2 months: €80 per night €96 per night
3-4 months: €68 per night €84 per night
4-5 months: €64 per night €80 per night
7-9 months: €62 per night €78 per night
These prices are based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. Prices include VAT, gas/water/electricity/TV/internet and monthly cleaning, but excl. 5% tourist tax and final cleaning.
