• Students coming from abroad who are studying in the Netherlands.

To verify eligibility, in addition to the standard required documents, we request the following:

• A recent BRP extract (Personal Records Database) to confirm your current place of residence.
• Proof of enrollment at a university or higher education institution.

Selection is carried out based on the Guidelines for the Selection of New Tenants and the Good Landlord Act, established by ROZ.
