Applicants must successfully pass the screening with a 5-star rating (the highest score) in our Properize tool. The decision to rent the property is entirely up to the property owner. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the choice will be based on income, screening results, and the tenant’s personal situation, which can be explained during the screening.

Candidates not selected after the screening have the right to an explanation and can view their screening report.
