Each One22’s apartments is designed for ease of living. Each has its own living room with open kitchen, an option of either 1 or 2 bedrooms and a balcony with attractive views of either Vondelpark or the Schinkel canal. The homes are comfortable, smartly designed and fully equipped; with an average space of 70 m2.

Built for those looking for a stable home, the minimum lease term is one year. You can also choose whether you want to personalise the apartment with your own furniture, or have the convenience of it already being furnished for you.

There is separate storage room for each unit, with secure off-street parking for both cars and bicycles in our basement. A central entrance with elevator, staircases and a communal courtyard completes the picture.

Well connected:
One22 has an ideal location on the edge of the city centre. It is easy to get to, and also a greatbase for heading into the city. Trams and buses stop right outside the door. With either bike or car, it takes 10 minutes to be in city’s historic center. There is a straight line connection to Amsterdam’sring road – the A10. Schiphol Airport is just 12 minutes drive away (20 minutes at rush hour).

With a local feel:
The Oud Zuid district that borders Vondelpark is an ideal location for professionals and their families. A string of quiet neighbourhoods that is still a 10-minute cycle from Leidseplein, and populated itself with cafes and boutiques. This is a desirable area to feel a local in, life while still in touch with the buzz of the city.
