Location and accessibility:
The grand Minervalaan is located around the corner from the Beethovenstraat and Station Zuid WTC and is one of the most beautiful lanes in Amsterdam. The Vondelpark and Beatrixpark are very close by for anyone interested in sport and recreation and a wide range of supermarkets, specialist shops and other shops are on hand in the Beethovenstraat and the Cornelis Schuytstraat. There are plenty of hospitality options in Amsterdam Oud Zuid too, whether you are looking for a terrace, bar, café, lunchroom or restaurant. The apartment is convenient for a number of national and international primary and secondary schools as well.
Accessibility is excellent: Station Zuid WTC is just several minutes away and provides metro, train and bus connections to a large number of destinations, including a direct-line train service to Schiphol. Layout:
The complex is accessed via a neat and tidy communal entrance, via which a lift or stairs can be used to reach the apartment on the third floor.
