Your share of the deposit is € 1.100,00.
These apartments are shared by 3 or a maximum of 4 co-residents.
The apartment has 4 rooms plus 1 shared kitchen area with a sink and gas stove, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and in 1 room, a 2nd kitchen with built-in cooking appliances and a 2nd washing machine.
You will have your own fridge and kitchen cabinets.
All co-residents have access to the dining kitchen, the 2nd kitchen, and the balcony.

- Why you want to move from your current address
- That you continue to behave as a good co-resident
- That you clean the stove, dishes, and pans after EVERY time you prepare food
- That you clean the shared bathroom + kitchen floor at least once every 7 days
- That you have understood the house rules for sharing.
Please note that these rooms are NOT private studio rooms with their own rental agreement.

Dutch law does not allow more than 2 adults to live together at 1 address unless the multiple persons are family and form 1 household. A limited number of properties have permission for 3 and 4 people to share 1 address.
Our properties have permission for 3 and 4 people who are not family and do not want to form 1 household to legally share the house and register legally.
