The cotenant have inside her 30m2 room own fridge + lockers + pantry to do her dishes.
Dutch Housing Law does not accept co-tenants cook electronic inside the living-bedrooms.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms + 1 kitchen room (1 gas stove, 1 electric stove, 1 washing machine, 2 refrigerators, 1 oven, 1 microwave) and a 25 m² sunny terrace.
