Unfortunately, we can only offer this comfortable independent home to students or working students. A student number and the name of the school or university are required for the rental contract.

If you are divorced and wish to live closer to your child(ren), you may also be eligible.

We can only offer a flexible fixed-term rental contract (between 12 and 24 months) to this specific group.

Applications from candidates who do not fall within this category (such as employed individuals with sufficient income) will not be considered.

Take a short stroll to the oldest canal in Amsterdam, Brouwersgracht (brewers canal), just 3 minutes away. On the other side, you'll find the famous Haarlemmerstraat with its array of shops and restaurants. Brouwersgracht provides access to the entire canal ring, offering a perfect spot to relax and watch boats passing by. Numerous restaurants and bars in the canal ring and Jordaan area are within a few minutes' walk.

Haarlemmerstraat, voted the best shopping street in the Netherlands for three consecutive years, is a bustling shopping street with numerous boutique shops. Its wide variety includes cafes, restaurants, galleries, and antique shops, making it a delightful destination.
