Very nice and bright 3 room apartment of approx. 64m2, with balcony, located in the popular Helmersbuurt in Oud-West. Apartment is NOT suitable for sharing.

Within walking distance you will find the Jan Pieter Heijestraat, the Ten Kate market, the Kinkerstraat, the Vondelpark, the Overtoom and of course the trendy “Hallen”.
