Co-tenancy for an indefinite period, and MINIMUM residential duration 24 months.

This room is given in option to one candidate. You can not aply for this specific room.

In the same complex is also one room available same price inclusive bills € 870,00 + € 30,00 for the cleaning 1 time per week = € 900,00.

This room 14 m2 share with 1 male the kitchen, kitchen-equipment, diningroom, bathroom with bath/shower-toilet-sink plus a hudge 150m2 garden.

You will get a room with your own kitchen as shown in the photos.

You share the bathroom with bath, sink and toilet with 1 co-tenant.

You share the main kitchen with the washing equipment in the dining room with 2 fellow tenants.

Your share in all housing costs will be € 870,00. Includes a share in the net rental price plus 1/3 part of the lease price of inventory and equipment plus 1/3 part of the costs of internet, gas, electricity, water, waste tax, water board tax.
