Block heating

The listed rental price excludes block heating; the additional cost for this is €100 on top of the rent.

Hospitaverhuur:

The room is rented via 'Hospitaverhuur' which represents temporary rental agreements for rooms. There a no waiting lists and well-kept rooms for an affordable rent.

Rental period:

The minimum rental period is 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months.

Rental/move in costs:

At the beginning of the rental agreement a one-time fee to 'Hospitaverhuur' is applicable of €95,- incl. VAT (for more information check our website)

General information:

In order to rent an Hospitaverhuur rental room, the tenant has to meet certain conditions. A summary of these conditions are outlined below.

Conditions regarding house hold income:

To meet the income requirement your gross income will need to be approx.3x the rental price. Any other payment commitments (for example debt collection agency) will be deducted from the house hold income. Another possibility to meet this requirement is to select a guarantor. The selected guarantor will need to meet the income requirements.

Viewings are possible during and after working hours and over the weekend.

Rental always takes place subject to the approval of the bank or landlord.
