SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The choice to rent the home to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the home. Candidates who are not assigned the home after screening have the right to further explanation and of course they can view the screening report.

In the event of a fully completed screening, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are received in full afterwards will no longer be included in the process.
