DETAILS:
- The rental contract is offered for an indefinite period, with a minimum lease term of 12 months.
- Monthly service charges are as follows:
- €10 for common area cleaning,
- €5 for energy for the common area,
- €8 for the presence of a caretaker,
- €132 for basic services and furnishings. Details on these services are outlined in your rental agreement.
- Monthly income requirement is €5,400 gross. For two-person occupancy, both incomes are considered in full.
- According to the WWS point system, this apartment scores more than 187 points. A current point calculation will be provided at the start of the rental contract.
- Tenants are responsible for setting up their own utility contracts.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Rotsvast will prioritize applicants based on the order of received emails. Due to the expected high number of responses, not all applicants will be invited. Applications must include:
- Name(s) of tenant(s),
- Explanation of the household composition,
- Gross annual income of tenant(s).
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Viewings are scheduled in order of received applications, with a limited number of slots available.
After viewing, applicants will be screened based on income and reliability in various (public) registers. Applicants must pass this screening with the highest score of 5 stars in our screening tool (Properize). The property owner reserves the right to choose tenants. If multiple candidates pass the screening, selection will be based on income, screening, and personal circumstances, which tenants may explain during the screening.
Candidates who are not selected after screening have the right to an explanation and can review the screening report.
