SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

The tenant must complete this screening completely and successfully and complete it with 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the home to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the home. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the choice is based on income, screening and personal situation of the tenant. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the home after screening have the right to further explanation and of course they can view the screening report.

In the event of a fully completed screening, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are received in full afterwards will no longer be included in the process.
