DETAILS:

-This rental agreement is offered to you for an indefinite period with a minimum rental period of 12 months
- You pay service costs of €10 per month for cleaning the common area
- You pay service costs of €5 per month for energy in the common area
- You pay service costs of €8 per month for the presence of a caretaker
- You pay service costs of €170 per month for basic supplies and services including the existing furniture. Which services are provided for this is stated in your rental agreement.
- The income requirement is €5,246 gross per month. If there is occupancy by two people, we will fully include the income of both partners.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Rotsvast determines which candidates responded first based on incoming mail. Given the estimated large number of responses, not all candidates can be invited. This email must contain at least the following information:

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

After viewing, income and reliability are screened in various (public) registers. The tenant must complete this screening completely and successfully and complete it with 5 stars, the best score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the home to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the home. If multiple candidates successfully complete the screening, the choice is based on income, screening and personal situation of the tenant. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who are not assigned the home after screening have the right to further explanation and of course they can view the screening report.

PLEASE NOTE: Rotsvast represents the interests of the owner, who has an interest in renting per available date. In the event of a fully completed screening, Rotsvast will immediately present a file to the owner. If a file has already been accepted, files that are received in full afterwards will no longer be included in the process.
