It is located 4.6 km from the amusement park De Efteling.

Living room: A light and cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area and large windows, which allows a lot of daylight to enter, partly due to the open vide with wide dormers. In the tastefully furnished living room there is a flat-screen TV and a pellet stove.
Bathroom: On the ground floor there is a stylish bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This is equipped with an infrared heater.
Terrace: Through the patio doors in the living room you have direct access to a spacious terrace
First floor:
Bedroom: A spacious and cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature through two wide dormer windows.
Spacious and Private Garden: The garden is completely fenced, so you have plenty of privacy and can enjoy nature in peace. The wooded area and the beautifully landscaped garden give a wonderfully relaxed feeling.
The accommodation has a garden, a terrace and offers free private parking and WiFi.
It is very suitable for both short and long stays, making it an excellent choice.
The rental price is € 2700, - including (advance) energy (excluding underfloor heating), internet, bed linen and cleaning 1x every 2 weeks. There is also a gardener every week for garden maintenance. Pellets are supplied for the pellet stove.
Conditions:
- Maximum rental period is 12 months.
- Minimum rental period is 2 months.
