The monastery originates from 1879 and was transformed decades ago into various living spaces which are mainly occupied by residents with an artistic profession. The very large plot belonging to the monastery is shared with all the residents of the complex.

The house itself has a private front yard with shed from which the house can be accessed. From the spacious hall you can reach the second floor, where you will find the living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a children's (bunk) bed available. On this floor you can also find the toilet and the bathroom, which has a bathtub with shower and washbasin.

On the second floor is the living room with also the open kitchen. This is equipped with a 4-burner stove, extractor hood and various appliances.
