This great house is located in a beautiful spot in the nature reserve De Loonse en Drunense duinen. You can walk from the house into the woods where you can enjoy the forest, deer and the beautiful sandy plains, which are so characteristic of these dunes. It is located 4.6 km from the amusement park De Efteling.
The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished.

Kitchen and dining area: A modern, fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need: oven, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Adjacent is a cozy dining table with space for 4 people.
Living room: A light and cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area and large windows, which allows a lot of daylight to enter, partly due to the open vide with wide dormers. In the tastefully furnished living room there is a flat-screen TV and a pellet stove.
Bathroom: On the ground floor there is a stylish bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This is equipped with an infrared heater.
Terrace: Through the patio doors in the living room you have direct access to a spacious terrace
First floor:
Bedroom: A spacious and cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding nature through two wide dormer windows.
Spacious and Private Garden: The garden is completely fenced, so you have plenty of privacy and can enjoy nature in peace. The wooded area and the beautifully landscaped garden give a wonderfully relaxed feeling.
The accommodation has a garden, a terrace and offers free private parking and WiFi.
It is very suitable for both short and long stays, making it an excellent choice.
The rental price is € 2700, - including (advance) energy (excluding underfloor heating), internet, bed linen and cleaning 1x every 2 weeks. There is also a gardener every week for garden maintenance. Pellets are supplied for the pellet stove.
Conditions:
- Maximum rental period is 12 months.
- Minimum rental period is 2 months.
- Rental price includes service costs and other supplies and services.
- Included includes upholstery, furniture, inventory, white goods, g/w/e, TV and internet
- Private parking space available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
Rental criteria:
We apply as standard that a candidate must have a gross monthly income of at least 3 x the basic monthly rent. After the viewing, we would like to receive insight into your personal and financial situation (copy of passport and bank card, three recent pay slips and deposits and a signed employment contract/employer's statement).
