This charming 1930’s house located in the quiet, upmarket and friendly neighborhood of St. Pieter. It is perfectly suited for a family of four, especially with young children, since it has an enclosed backyard, and the elementary school is just around the corner. The interior of the house has been completely renovated in 2015 and a modern extension has been added in 2020. The house is well insulated and equipped with solar panels.

On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious yet cozy living room with fireplace, design furniture and top-notch hi-fi set. At the back of the house, facing the garden, there’s a light dining room and open kitchen with high quality equipment. The hallway gives access to a toilet room and a basement that can be used for storage.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower and bathtub. A second toilet is in a separate room. In the far corner of the hallway there’s a big closet that holds a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other household equipment.

Maastricht’s railway station is only a ten-minute bike ride away.

From the house, it’s a five-minute walk to the historical center of Maastricht with its many shops and restaurants. A five-minute walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the lovely countryside with its fields, forests and many trails.

The house is available for rent from mid-July 2024 until mid-August 2025.
