This romantic garden house is located in the quiet West of Tilburg district and is available exclusively for TEMPORARY housing solutions.
The 50 m² garden house has its entrance and is within the landlord's garden.
Inside, you will find a bright living room featuring a comfortable sitting area filled with natural light. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker and essential kitchen amenities. Accessible from the living room is the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom also benefits from underfloor heating and has a door leading to the backyard. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a spacious sliding wardrobe, and direct garden access. The beautiful garden enhances your stay, especially on sunny days.
For your convenience, a washing and drying combination machine is available in the storage room adjacent to the bedroom. The garden house provides free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, and air conditioning. Weekly cleaning services can be arranged upon request.
Parking is available on private property, with paid street parking as an alternative.

The accommodation is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood in West Tilburg. The centre of Tilburg is just a 7-minute bike ride away, and the university is only 6 minutes away by bike. The nearest supermarket is located 1 kilometre away.
Contract Information:
We are seeking tenants who can justify their need for short-term rentals. The rental agreement is inherently short-term, with a maximum rental period of 6 months. Registration is not permitted.
Rental Price:
The monthly rental price of €1.495,- includes gas, water, electricity, television, and internet. We also offer optional cleaning, laundry, and ironing services. The all-inclusive monthly rental price may be slightly higher for stays shorter than 3 months.
