Due to the recently adopted Fixed-term Tenancy Act, this rental agreement is only allowed for the following target groups:

Tenants wishing to qualify for this rental property must provide proof that they meet the required conditions.

About the property:

You enter the property via the driveway and spacious garden through the central hall. From the hall, you have access to the room on the ground floor of the building, the shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.

The room, at 13 m², is spacious enough for a bed, wardrobe, and sitting area. The room is directly adjacent to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall. Naturally, the bathroom door can be locked from the inside.

The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, sink, and towel radiator, providing all conveniences.

The kitchen, like the bathroom and room on the ground floor of the building, is equipped with a spacious countertop, induction hob, built-in extractor fan, and sufficient cupboard space. Each resident gets one kitchen cupboard for personal use.

Parking is available on the property; each resident has the option to park one car. Free parking is also available in the immediate vicinity.

It's worth mentioning that the room is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

The property is shared with the owner of the building, who has the entire front part of the house at his disposal and shares the kitchen, as well as a second room tenant on the first floor of the building.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Rotsvast determines based on incoming emails which candidates responded first. Given the estimated large number of responses, not all candidates can be invited. This email must at least contain the following information:

  • Name of the tenant(s)
  • Explanation of the composition of the group
  • Gross annual income of the tenant(s)

Responses that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.

Invitation is based on the order of incoming emails, and for a viewing round, the rule is: full = full.

After viewing, an income and reliability screening will take place in various (public) registers. Tenants must complete this screening fully and successfully, receiving 5 stars, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The choice to rent the property to candidates is entirely up to the owner of the property. If multiple candidates pass the screening successfully, the choice will be based on both income, screening, and the personal situation of the tenant. As a tenant, you have the opportunity to explain your personal situation during the screening.

Candidates who do not get assigned the property after screening have the right to further explanation and, of course, can view the screening report.
