Please note: the apartment will be shared with the owner of the house for about 2 weeks every 4 months. He has his own bedroom there). Apartment only suitable for 1 person.

1 bedroom, spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate toilet and utility room. Well-maintained apartment in a well-maintained building with elevator. Car-free street near Amstelstation, Weesperzijde and the Amstelkwartier with the cozy city beach in the summer.

The apartment door is at the rear of the building, next to the elevator. The hall gives access to the adjacent large bedroom, the toilet, bathroom, utility room and finally the living room with open kitchen.

The living room with conservatory is oriented to the West and has a beautiful view of the skyline of Amsterdam and the Amstel. The conservatory is bathed in a sea of light, especially from early afternoon. The two wide doors in the conservatory can be opened completely, creating a lovely spot in the sun.

The kitchen has a corner-shaped counter with base and wall units, sink, a four-burner induction hob with an extractor hood above it, an oven, microwave. Next to the counter is a tall cupboard with a fridge and separate freezer. In the spacious utility room next to the kitchen is the (small and new) district heating system and a washing machine connection. There is also plenty of storage space. The separate toilet contains a toilet and a washbasin. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a wide sink.

De Omval is located in the East district on the Amstel, on the border with the South district, at the foot of the Rembrandt Tower, near the Amstel station, within walking and cycling distance of various cafés and restaurants (including Hesp, Dauphine, Blookers, Ode aan de Amstel and the Ysbreker) and the green city beach on the Amstel next to the Amstelkwartier. There is no through traffic on the Omval.
