The Afroditekade is a quiet and car-free street with a bicycle path and a nice grass strip on the Stadiongracht. The complex is part of the Olympic quarter in Amsterdam South, a popular residential area next to the beautiful Olympic Stadium.
In the immediate vicinity are the Amstelveenseweg, the Beethovenstraat and Stadionweg with numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Vondelpark, Museumplein, the P.C. Hooftstraat and the city center are within walking and cycling distance as well as the international activity on the Zuidas, the WTC, the Amsterdams Bos.

The accessibility is excellent: by car (the A10 and A4 motorways can be reached within a few minutes) and public transport (both the tram, metro and bus at Stadionplein and the train via Station Zuid-WTC).
