Shared entrance from the street. The first apartment is located in the basement of the building. The other 4 studios are divided over the 4 different floors. All rooms have a wonderful view at the front over the beautiful Spui. You cannot live more centrally located!

Despite the apartments differing in size, layout and floor height, all rooms are equipped with a neat kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment (or fridge with separate freezer drawers).
