PRIME LOCATION: The apartment is located in disctrict ''De Bergen'', also known as the Quartier Latin of Eindhoven, one of the oldest (and perhaps coziest) neighborhoods in the city. The district was largely spared during the war, resulting in a charming collection of characteristic buildings and streets. In this artistic part of the city center, you will find numerous cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as a variety of specialty shops and (art) galleries. Supermarkets, stores, and the train station are within walking distance.

Upon entering the building, you arrive in a spacious entrance hall, which provides access to the mailboxes. The front door of the apartment is located on the ground floor.

Layout
You enter a spacious living room, furnished with a sofa, TV cabinet, flat-screen TV, dining table, chairs, and a cupboard. Please note that the TV and internet connection needs to be arranged by yourself.

On the left side, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and induction cooktop.

Adjacent to this is the door leading to the paved terrace, where you can enjoy many summer evenings.

On the other side the living room flows into the bedroom, which features a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

On the left side of the bedroom, you will find the recently renovated bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink with mirror, and shower.
