Welcome to our charming two-story annex apartment nestled in the scenic garden of the historic Villa Aix. This cozy haven, perfect for two, offers a unique blend of comfort and adventure.
Ground Floor: The lower level of the apartment features a compact kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop, ideal for preparing light meals. A dining area, seating four, offers a space for leisurely meals. For those who need to work during their stay, a small desk provides a quiet corner for concentration.
Upper Floor: Accessible via a ladder, the upper level invites guests to a delightful loft-style sleeping area, featuring a comfortable high bed (160x200). This setup might remind you of childhood adventures, but please note that it's not suitable for those with mobility issues. Underneath the bed, you'll find a cozy sofa and a TV for your entertainment. Also located on this level is a compact bathroom, adding to the apartment's efficient use of space.
Pet-Friendly: Small pets are welcome in our apartment. However, due to the apartment's layout, they would need to be carried up to the sleeping area.
Outdoor Space: The apartment offers access to a picturesque garden laid with split-stone flooring. Two seating groups are available for your enjoyment on warm summer evenings. Depending on availability, guests can also make use of two bicycles stored in the garage. A table tennis table is also in the garage for some friendly competition.
