The hall (3m²) with toilet room gives access to the county style kitchen equipped with all modern equipment’s as a dishwasher, an oven, gas cook plate, RVS suction hood, fridge with freezer department, wash machine and cupboard wall. Throughout the kitchen you see the popular shopping street ‘Stokstraat’. On the back of the apartment, you find the living (15m²) with wooden floor and French doors gives access to the roof terrace (9m²). On floor higher you find the master bedroom (15m²) with glass front that gives a viewing over the backyard.
