Peace and silence inside while living in the heart of a bustling city with markets, shops and restaurants sounds contradictory but is possible thanks to a sound insulation and ventilation reality.
In front and beside the apartment leaves out all sounds of traffic of cars, busses or trams.
This furnished apartment situated to the Vredenburg-plein has a magnificent view of the skyline of the old city where the Dom-tower rules.
This apartment with a panoramic view is part of the new (2013) Vredenburg building.
Technical:
Living in the inner city of Utrecht requires a healthy and comfortable living environment
The apartment is provided with a high efficiency heat recovery-unit with an air filtration system.
The outside air supplied from the courtyard garden is filtered by a central unit at the same time 94% of the heat of the removed-oxygen depleted-inside-air is used to warm up the outside air before it fills the spaces. Thanks to this system windows can remain closed so that the noise of the city is excluded.
Part of the energy of the building is obtained through solar panels and heat pump. The NEST-thermostat of the central heating can also be handled by using a smartphone.
The later built-in Aspra system, an electrical treatment of the air supplemented with a plastic filter system for fine dust, bacteria and viruses can be used, a caron or possibly other filters can be added to the device if desired.... if desired.. In all cases, the regular replacement of the filters must be kept up to date. (order stocks on time)
The living room has sun all day long (when the sun shines all day). The bedrooms don’t have the morning sun but they do have the afternoon and evening sun. There are 6 vertical outside- screens with remote controlled motors for the moments that it gets to sunny.
The sound of the Sony TV is represented by a Sony-Sound-bar system with subwoofer.
This sound-bar can also stream the sound through Bluetooth of a smartphone or tablet.
You can choose to walk to central-station either warm indoor or through the outside air, in both cases within 6 minutes. The busstop is closer than the train.
LAYOUT:
The living air is 100m2.
Spacious living room, luxury open ALNO kitchen with all appliances. From the living-room/ open kitchen there is access to the indoor balcony.
Two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. There also is a second separate toilet.
The apartment has a Miele washing machine and Miele dryer.
The building has two entries and two elevators. One is situated on the side of the Vredenburg-plein the other on the side of the busstop. The building has a common courtyard.
Bicycles can be parked in a locked space underneath the apartment and be moved to street height with the support of an electric conveyor belt.
