The first floor features two bedrooms. The large front-facing bedroom is not available as it is used for the landlord’s storage. The other two bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic, are spacious and offer plenty of options for a comfortable setup.
The bathroom on the first floor is modern and fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, towel radiator, and washbasin with cabinet.
On the second floor, there is a spacious landing, where you will find the technical installations and washing machine.

Selection Procedure

- Gross annual income of tenant(s)
Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Viewings are scheduled based on the order of received emails, and a first-come, first-served policy applies.
After viewing, applicants will be screened for income and reliability in various (public) registers. Tenants must fully complete and successfully pass this screening, achieving a 5-star rating, the highest score in our screening tool (Properize). The final decision to rent out the property remains entirely with the landlord. If multiple candidates pass the screening, the selection will be based on income, screening results, and personal circumstances. During the screening process, tenants have the opportunity to explain their personal situation.
Applicants who are not selected after screening have the right to receive further explanation and can review their screening report.
Important Notice
Rotsvast represents the interests of the landlord, who wishes to rent out the property as soon as it becomes available. If an applicant fully completes the screening process, Rotsvast will immediately present their file to the landlord. Once a file has been accepted, any subsequent applications will no longer be considered.
It is the responsibility of prospective tenants to submit a complete file as quickly as possible. Rotsvast will not actively inform tenants about the progress of other applicants' screening processes.
