• After final approval (landlord’s consent), the property must be rented on short notice.
• Rent is excluding gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, and municipal taxes.
• The property is available for rent indefinitely.
• No security deposit required.
• Rental is subject to the landlord’s approval.
