This year Estatum makelaardij in Almere exists 25 years. I started on June 20, 1995, under the name Monique Uffen Vastgoed. At the time, I hired myself to an office in Amsterdam. In Amsterdam, I learned a lot, leasehold, construction problems, asbestos, foundation problems, old contracts and agreements. Fun and challenging. But my heart is in Almere, so an office in Almere was a logical step for me.
