Park Real Estate mediates in rental housing to expatriates and multinationals. Or hiring now furnished or unfurnished, for short or longer periods. Park Real Estate is a member of the VVW, so we have a permit from the municipality to rent houses.

We do what we do best: bring landlords and tenants together. With our extensive expertise and knowledge of the Amsterdam real estate market we are the perfect partner for both tenants (often an expatriate) as a landlord. Our specialization lies therefore in the rental of apartments, mainly in the vicinity of Amsterdam. Whether temporary or longer term rentals, we can always help.

We believe in quality service, responsiveness and reliability. Therefore, we always work on a no cure, no pay.

The team of Park Real Estate-founder Olivier Schorr is young but experienced, dynamic and internationally oriented. The team has years of experience in real estate and real estate rental for expats.
