DLC Trading is specialized at temporary renting and letting out of apartments and houses to companies and persons. We have no waiting-lists. Our offer is generally immediately available meaning you can be accommodated rapidly.

We can also serve you if you plan on staying for a shorter period. We offer possibilities starting at 2 weeks.

Because we have years of experience and extensive knowledge of the market you can save yourself a lot of time looking for suitable accommodation.

How we work?

Various possibilities are mentioned on our website. The offer of properties can vary by day. In case you are interested in multiple properties you can let us know through this website, by telephone or by email.

We will contact you within 24 hour and will arrange a viewing. If needed expats can be picked up at the office and be returned afterwards by an employee that speaks German and English . If you cannot find your perfect accommodation in our current offer you could inform us of your wishes. We will then search for an apartment suitable to your needs. The search and viewing of properties is free of charge. You will only be charged once an actual rental contract has been drawn-up. For a contract longer than 12 months we won't charge any extra costs. All our prices are excluding 21% Tax.
