Are you an expat, international HR officer or relocation agent and looking for a furnished or semi-furnished accommodation? We would be most happy to assist you during this process.

From the standpoint of the occupant's requirements we advise on what to expect in the Amsterdam area or any other area you're interested in. Our attention is focused on finding the combination of both the ideal location and your personal lifestyle. It's not just the quality of living but also the quality of life we keep in mind.

Our way of working is simple and transparent. Based on your requirements we will scan the local housing market. Our aim is to create a perfect match on paper, that will crystallize during the actual viewing tour. During the viewing we will not only discuss different locations. Your preferences for the locality in terms of shops, public transport, restaurants or gyms will also be taken into consideration. Once we find a suitable location, we will start negotiations on your behalf which will result in a solid rental contract. After having received the first rental payment, the deposit and our fee (one months rent excluding 19% VAT), we will accompany you at the check-in.

During the check-in we compile an inspection report. If an inventory list is present we will check this as well. If you desire, we can arrange the transfer for utilities. Naturally, we will provide you with our services during the check-out.
