What can you expect from us:

FLEXIBLE
As a buying agent I experience it often enough. A viewing is only possible during office hours and not in the evening or during the weekend, a bid made on Friday will only receive a response on Monday. Extremely annoying of course in this exciting process. I understand that and therefore my service is full service. Do I think I can sell your house on Sunday and you have no problems when I come by? Then I just come on Sunday.

CLEAR AND INFORMAL
As a small company, Roeleveld Makelaardij guarantees informal and committed cooperation and clear communication. You do not always have a different contact person and you know who you are dealing with.

NVM
I am registered as a certified and sworn broker and appraiser in Vastgoedcert and I am a member of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents (NVM).

NO CURE NO PAY
I am confident that I can live up to your expectations, so my services are on a no cure no pay basis.
