My name is Jan Willem d’Haans, owner of Real Estate Agency” Driehoek”.

We started our activities in 2006. Not only can we help you with a valuation report for financing your house or advising in mortgage, we also can help you in selling or buying a property.

Area

Our office is in Rijswijk next to The Hague. The main region in which we operate is called Haaglanden with the following cities: Den Haag, Pijnacker, Nootdorp, Rijswijk, Wassenaar, Voorburg, Leidschendam up to Zoetermeer.

We also have contacts and experience in neighbour cities and regions. So do not hesitate contacting us if you want to know more.

Expat Service

Especially for so called EXPATS we like to give extra service, since they are not yet familiar with the Dutch language and customs in the Netherlands.

Therefore we make an appointment and come to your house personally at a time that is convenient to you, also in the evening or Saturdays. With our full service we will accompany you in the whole process of buying and selling .

Therefore we made a 10 stage Action Plan, that we would like to explain to you personally. The commission we charge you at the notary when the business is done, is a fair one.
