Since the seventies Human Efficiency helps students and visiting researchers finding housing. Initially this was a service for those working for projects of the University of Utrecht.

There has been a change from traditional students rooms towards more luxury studios with own kitchen, toilet and bathroom. These studios are in Utrecht and Nijmegen as well. Many of our clients are from abroad. These clients are not familiar with the way housing in the Netherlands is organised.
