Founded in Rotterdam in 2013, we noticed a growing demand for short-term housing among international students and expats. We quickly expanded to other vibrant cities such as Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Amsterdam. Today, our portfolio of rental properties is available in the largest cities of the Randstad region.
