We will provide for photos, commercial text (Dutch and English) and will market your house through our own network, our website, social media and other leading rental websites in The Netherlands

We will plan and accompany viewings with serious candidate tenants

We will screen candidates and introduce them to you

We will draft a legally recognized lease contract ('ROZ model')

We will collect the first rent and deposit

We take care off the check-in and the key transfer and will provide an inspection report, including photos

If required, we will carry out an interim inspection

We will ensure continuous occupation
