Renting:
Finding a house to rent often is difficult to do. If you are looking for a (temporary) house to rent, don't hesitate to contact Guntenaar Mediation.

It these don't satisfy your demands than you can tell us your specific wishes, needs and desires like the type of house, the number of bedrooms, starting from when, rental, furnished or not etc. Because we also can mediate for you through our extended network of colleague- estate agents and mediators. Letting:
If you want to let your house, you have to realise a number of things, for instance: How will I find a thrusworthy tenant, what price could I ask, the duration of the contract, terms etc. These are just a few examples in which Guntenaar Mediation has proved its expertise and reputation. We only select suitable tenants for you.

So if you wish to, temporarily, let out your house because for example your employer send you abroad or for some other reason, than contact us for a professional advice.

Letting out your house means extra administrative work. As part of our service we can take care of this work. Control your house means for instance: cashing the rent, taking care of the final bills for gaze, water and electricity, looking after the maintenance of your house in collaboration with you as the owner as well as control of the property.
