TWM Makelaardij was founded in 2017, doing business with TWM Makelaardij means clear agreements, no small print, a short line of communication and 100% commitment and enthusiasm!

Our office is located in Amsterdam Noord on the Ridderspoorweg and is the center of our working area.

The region where we work can best be described as great Amsterdam including Amstelveen, Landsmeer, Purmerend, Zaanstreek and Waterland.

We’ve got years of experience in the field and in our field of work, we have architectural knowledge, legal knowledge and also passion and enthusiasm for achieving your housing wishes.

Whether it is the purchase, sale, rental or appraisal of real estate, we can take care of the entire process in a relaxed manner and unburden it so that the order runs smoothly.

Our team consists of three brokers: Tim Wormsbecher, Wesley Hoeve, Edith Rothgerber and Richard van Vliet and Tessa Geerling in the office.

Due to the small scale of our office, all colleagues are always aware of the details of your file.

Our employees have worked at various large brokerage firms and also experienced the (credit) crisis of 2008.

We know better than anyone what it is like to run in a lesser housing market for clients and to achieve the very best results. We still do that in the current housing market with quality, personal attention and a result-oriented approach as the spearheads.
