The residences

There are eight housing types available which are distributed on the ground floor to the fourth floor.

• A2: 3-room accommodation (74 m² to 75 m²)
• B1: 3-room accommodation (64 m² to 69 m²)
• B2: 3-room accommodation (82 m² to 83 m²)
• B3: 3-room accommodation (75 m² to 82 m²)
• B4: 3-room accommodation (89 m² to 96 m²)
• C1: 2-room accommodation (57 m² to 62 m²)
• C2: 2-room accommodation (70 m² to 76 m²)
• D1: 2-room accommodation approx. 50 m²

Please note; there is a maximum income limit for the D1 type of accommodation. For a single-person household, this limit is a gross annual salary of € 66.525 and for a multi-person household at a maximum of € 72.937.
If the (joint) income is above this limit, you will unfortunately not qualify.

All apartments are delivered with PVC flooring, finished walls with glass fleece wallpaper, finished ceilings, ceiling lights and window coverings. 

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, induction hob, extractor fan and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will enjoy the luxury of a single or double washbasin and a spacious shower, and some types also have a lovely bathtub. The toilet is located separately in the house. In addition, the energy labels for the accommodations vary between A and A+++ and some properties have a private external storage room in addition to an internal storage room.

Conditions

• There is an income requirement of a gross (joint) monthly income of 3.5 times rent plus service charges.
• A fixed residence period of 24 months will apply from the effective date to be determined.
• The deposit is twice the monthly rent.
• Sharing accommodation with a friend is not allowed in The Henry. Use by 2 people is only possible for couples.
• Students are allowed.
• Applying for rent allowance is not possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
• Pets are allowed provided they do not cause a nuisance.
• No viewings possible, properties are rented online.
