Fibonacci Amsterdam: unique living in the midst of urban dynamics

The location

Fibonacci is being realized in the fast-growing Zeeburg/Oost district, on the corner of Cruquiuskade and Panamalaan. Zeeburg was a district of the municipality of Amsterdam from 1990 to 2010, with the neighborhoods Indische Buurt, the Oostelijk Havengebied, IJburg and Zeeburgereiland. On 1 May 2010, Zeeburg and Oost-Watergraafsmeer merged into the new Amsterdam-East district.

The development has a perfect location on the edge of the center of Amsterdam. You can reach the center and Amsterdam Central Station within 10 minutes by bike. In addition, it is very convenient for the main roads such as the A10 ring road and the A1 motorway, which are only a 10-minute drive away.
