One-bedroom apartments
All apartments consist of a living room with open kitchen with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob and extractor), bedroom, bathroom (rain shower and sink) and separate toilet. The apartments are all fully furnished.

Penthouses
The penthouses are situated on the fourth and fifth floor and are divided over two floors. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with a large cooking island equipped with built-in appliances. From the kitchen you can reach the spacious terrace which is situated at the front. This terrace offers a phenomenal view on the Oosterhaven.

Through the staircase you can enter the first floor of the penthouse. Here are the spacious living room, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a large storage/laundry room situated. Since the entire facade of the penthouse is made of glass, this ensures a lot of light.

Location
The apartment complex is very centrally located. Within a 2 minute-walk you will be right in the center of Groningen or at the University Medical Center Groningen. Are you dependent on public transport? No problem! Groningen Central Station is a 5-minute bike ride away and the nearest bus stop is only 300m away. The main roads of Groningen are also easily accessible  by car and you can get out of the city within 5 minutes. In short, the apartment complex is very conveniently located.

Apartments
There are three types of apartments. At the back side of the property there are the one-bedroom apartments with French-balcony. At the front are the one-bedroom apartments with balcony, which offers a lovely view over the harbour. The two penthouses are situated on the two upper floors. 

Bicycle storage
On the ground floor of the complex there is an indoor bicycle storage. This bicycle storage is only accessible for residents of the complex. This makes it possible to safely store your bicycle.

Rental prices
The rental prices of the furnished apartments vary from € 1400,- to € 1600,-. The rental prices of the penthouses are on request. The mentioned rental prices include costs for utilities, furniture, upholstery, television, internet and service costs.
