Criteria’s to live in OurDomain- South House: -

• You have previously been registered for a bachelor or masters degrees.
• Your current work status is:

1. Contract for an indefinite period (permanent contract)
2. Temporary contract + employer's statement
3. Self-employed person, registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year

Income Requirements

• Your net salary is at least 2x the base rent.
• Minimum rental period 1 year, then cancellable monthly.
• Maximum rental period:

1. Young professionals (up to and including 27 years), up to 5 years
2. Professionals (28+), maximum 2 years

You can register and book a home through the registration button on this website. On the adjacent OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen - right next to Diemen Zuid station (Dalsteindreef 2038) an information center has been opened with a team that can inform you personally. You are welcome on Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5.30 pm.

Are you a student? Then you are unfortunately not eligible for the above studios and apartments. In a few months we will start renting out a new location in Amsterdam, which also offers housing for students (available per Q3 2020).
