The time has finally come! The completion has took place and there are still a number of apartments available, so register as soon as possible on the project website.

Rent an apartment with a unique outlook on life. The imposing building in the middle of the city is the perfect base. Each apartment in The Terraced Tower offers you a fantastic view and a wide balcony where you can sit, relax and play.

Register via the project website. The apartments are expected to be completed early summer.

- A few more available apartments from approximately € 1.450 per month excluding service charges ;
- Living areas from approx. 52 m² to approx. 136 m²;
- 122 parking spaces available. For all apartments starting from € 1,625,- and up, a parking space will be reserved. In case of purchasing a parking spot, the monthly costs will be € 160,-;
- Luxury kitchen with built-in appliances;
- The apartments are not provided with floor (covering) and interior; - In a few designated apartments a floor will be added. The costs for this will be € 50,-, additional on the rent.
- A spacious balcony in each apartment.

The Terraced Tower offers you the perfect base. Take a water taxi or electric bicycle, or go on foot. And do you have to get out of town? The Terraced Tower is located on a main road, and Central Station is only a seven minute bike ride. Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, you can't get a better start!

Step outside and you are right in the middle of the city. The Markthal is around the corner. Choose from hundreds of restaurants, cafes and terraces.
