020 BEHEER was founded by Alexander Vroom in 2010 . Although not having a background in Real-Estate he quickly recognised that the important values from the business world also hold true for the Real-Estate arena.

Customers (being owners of properties and/or tenants) all want a high level of service and professionalism. Especially to be exhibited when there are problems in need to be solved.

With a large number of successful matches between house owners and expats, Alexander has developed a very good understanding on what is important for both parties in this newly created relationship.
