Please follow these steps first:

1. Visit the estate agent’s website.
2. Complete the Search Profile.
   With your details, we can determine which apartments are suitable for you.

Important information
• Tenants do not pay any fees to Oei Housing. We are paid by the property owners.
• By completing the online Search Profile on our website, you tell us exactly what you are looking for. We will then check whether your profile matches one or more available apartments.
(Go to our website and select “Search Profile” in the top-right corner.)
• Our website also shows additional apartments with more photos and professional videos.
• We do not offer virtual viewings via FaceTime or WhatsApp video. All apartments have detailed video tours.
• Every tenant receives full rental support, including assistance with connecting utilities (gas, electricity, water, and internet).

Rental requirements
• Your gross monthly income must be at least 3× the rent (excluding utilities).
Example: for a rent of €2,500 excl. utilities, your gross income must be at least €7,500 per month.
• In some cases, we can assist students or trainees if parents can demonstrate sufficient financial capacity. Parents may also pay rent in advance (minimum 4 months).
• The security deposit is always two months’ rent.
• Municipal registration is allowed unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• Always read the apartment descriptions carefully.
