in luxurious apartment complex along the river maas we offer s single unit for a longer short stay situated on the first floor north side. The units have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shared kitchen (cleaned once a week) with 5 other international (master) students with all equipment and laundry facilities.

the studio's are at least furnished with queen size bed, table with chairs, coffeetable. Furthermore a desk, gas comfort, fridge, micro wave, television/ internet.

every room has central heating, warmwater, electricity, mailbox in entrance-hall and an intercom for the main entrance. The size is ca.16 m2.

rent of the room: € 600,- incl. pre payment heating, hot water, electricity, water taxes (not wast disposal tax), tv and internet connection and frequent cleaning service of the common area.

intake charge: € 302,50 incl. vat
