Shared spaces:
You share the kitchen, laundry room and place with 2 other people.

In communal spaces you will find a shared new kitchen (approx. 6.5m2) with extractor fan, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and an electric oven. You will also find the shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer here. If you walk through the kitchen door you will arrive at the place where you can park your bike.

Contract type:
The rooms are each rented with a rental agreement for an indefinite period. A minimum rental period (> 12 months) is agreed, after which the agreement runs for an indefinite period.

Rental price:
The rental price of the first furnished living space is € 905,-. This price includes service costs, furnishings, internet, advance payment for gas, electricity, water and cleaning of common areas. The costs for TV are not included.

The rental price of the second furnished living space is € 903,-. This price includes service costs, furnishings, internet, advance payment for gas, electricity, water and cleaning of common areas. The costs for TV are not included.

Rental criteria:
We apply as standard that a candidate must have a gross monthly income of at least 3 x the basic monthly rent. If you are interested in the property, we would like to receive insight into your personal and financial situation (at least a copy of your passport and three recent pay slips).
