Experience the unique urban charm of Sphinxkwartier! Our hidden gem in Maastricht - Bassin - offers 159 modern, stylish, and brand new student studios. The five-story building is located on the edge of Bassin, a small inland port.

Bassin offers you the privacy of independent living. This studio has a modern black kitchen and stylish concrete bathroom. The residence is semi-furnished, so you can style the interior according to your own wishes! The walls are freshly painted, and a beautiful PVC floor, lighting, and curtains are included. Each studio is wired for a digital TV connection. You have to arrange a Ziggo subscription yourself.

Residents of Bassin can make use of the communal launderette, bike shed, and courtyard. Moreover, we offer private parking spaces for rent.

About the contract
This studio is offered with a campus contract. To be eligible to book this residence at Bassin, you must be a student and provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution for the current year. You can upload this document after you have made the booking.
You can only live in the studio as long as you are a student. Every year in September, we ask you to upload your proof of enrolment (for that year) to verify your student status. If you are no longer a student, you have to move within six months. You can stay until the end of March at the latest.
