Beautiful furnished studio. Can be rented for a maximum of 3 months. The studio is located on the first floor of a building on the Aelbrechtskade not far from the center of Rotterdam. With a spectacular view over Delfshavense Schie. All facilities such as: fine lunch shops, shops, supermarkets, Marconiplein train station and tram stops, restaurants, gyms are within walking distance. Close to highways (A13/A20).

Ground floor

Closed entrance with video doorbell system. From this entrance on the street side you immediately take the door with stairs to the first floor.

Apartment first floor

Studio with spacious kitchen/diner with sleeping area. Separate bathroom with toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen. Modern open kitchen with dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, hob (induction).

Washer-dryer combination in the bathroom, luxurious bathroom with sanitary facilities, a walk-in shower and a double sink with mirror and lighting and a toilet.

Rental conditions

Maximum 3 months rental period.

Furnished house (box spring beds with mattress, tables, chairs, etc. see photos) and standard kitchen equipment (cutlery/plates/glasses/cups) available. Bedding (sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvet cover) and towels are not provided.

Rental price revision: the rent including compensation for furniture, upholstery and equipment will be increased annually by a percentage determined by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), in accordance with the provisions of the general provisions of the residential rental agreement.

Utilities: the costs of heating, water, electricity consumption, internet, telephone and TV are included in the rental price, for a fixed amount per month.

Method of delivery: with the aforementioned facilities and further as visible during the viewing or in consultation with the landlord.

The house is rented furnished, including separate furnishings (plates/cups/cutlery/etc.) kitchen. Bed linen and towels are not supplied with the rental.
